What happens after I place my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.


Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.


What if I entered the wrong address?

If you notice any errors in the shipping address, please email us immediately with the subject line ‘URGENT’, so we can update it before dispatch. Please note that if an item cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot provide reimbursement or replacement.


How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 2–4 days for tracking information to be updated in the system.

While we are a small business, we collaborate with global logistics partners to ship products to various countries efficiently and at an affordable cost.


Lost or Stolen Packages

BABYROO'S cannot be held responsible for items marked as delivered by the courier but reported as lost or stolen. Replacements or refunds will not be provided for such cases.
