Change of Mind

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

If you wish to modify your order, such as changing sizes or variants, please reach out to us at support@babyroos.com within 12 hours before the order is processed.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you can initiate a return up to 30 days after receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.


To begin the return process, please contact us at support@babyroos.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method.

Shipping

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility and is non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount.

Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for orders marked as successfully delivered by the courier but reported as lost or stolen. Replacement or reimbursement for such orders will not be provided.


Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times for refunds may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
